Validity and booking methods
The booking form is to be understood as a request for availability: the reservation is not considered valid once it has been sent and is not considered confirmed until the cost of the entire stay has been paid by bank transfer.
Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation of the stay must be made by email to ciao@lacasinadiparrana.com:
within 30 days of the expected arrival date, refund of 70% of the cost of the stay;
within 20 days of the scheduled arrival date, refund of 50% of the cost of the stay;
within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date, refund of 25% of the cost of the stay:
beyond these terms the cost of the stay will not be refunded.
Arrival and departure times
Guests will be able to take possession of the keys after 18:00 on the day of arrival and must return them to the staff on the day of departure by 11:00.
We kindly ask our guests to communicate any impediments to respecting the times indicated in good time.
Special offers
During the low season, discounts are available for a minimum of 5 nights, breakfast excluded;
Last-minute offers of less than 3 nights are available during the high season, subject to availability.
Smoking prohibited
Remember that it is forbidden to smoke inside the structure: failure to comply will result in expulsion from the structure without reimbursement of the missed stay and the application of the penalties provided for by law

To allow us to better organize ourselves and offer you a service in line with your needs, please inform us of any food intolerances and/or allergies at the time of booking
Pets
Our animal friends are welcome as long as guests are able to manage and take care of them in full respect of the other guests of the structure
